TARGET AUDIENCE:
Women over the age of 18, pregnant or lactating.
INGREDIENT
Acid folic: 800 µg
acid folic from acid pteroylmonoglutamic 400 µg
acid folic from calci L-methylfolate 400 µg
Iodine (potassium iodate) 150 µg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 50 µg (2000 IU)
Zinc (zinc gluconate) 10 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxin hydrochlorid) 1,4 mg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 2,5 µg
Other ingredients: Hard capsule shell, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (filler).

INGREDIENT FUNCTION:
Acid folic: Vitamin B9 is used to prevent and treat folic acid deficiency and megaloblastic anemia in pregnant women.
Vitamin D3: Vitamin D helps calcium accumulate in the mother's milk glands, participating in the transfer of calcium from the placenta to the fetus.
Zinc: is a co-catalyst or participates in the structure and function of more than 200 enzymes in the body:
– Stimulates new cell development and restores cells damaged by F.R., related to the growth process.
– Helps the body eliminate toxins and heavy metal elements, fight aging, and fight stress.
Vitamin B6: plays a role in metabolizing amino acids in the body. Vitamin B6 deficiency can cause mental disorders and slow or difficult metabolism of nutrients. Participates in the CO2 removal process of amino acids and is related to body energy balance.
Iodine: participates in forming thyroid hormone, plays a role in the development of the body and brain, specifically related to:
– Red blood cell production (due to controlling iron absorption)
– Affects the reproductive process. Suppose iodine deficiency affects children during puberty.
Vitamin B12:
– Participate in creating red blood cells for the body.
– Is a coenzyme that catalyzes the exchange of Mono Carbon-containing compounds and coordinates with folic acid in Methylation reactions. Vitamin B12 is essential for creating new cells, especially in organs that require rapid regeneration, such as blood, small intestine, and uterus.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Women aged 18 and above, preparing to have pregnancy: consume one capsule every day.
